AirGuard presented at the Hong Kong Productivity Council's Indoor Air Quality Trade Fair

Hong Kong, HKSAR — February 18, 2025 — Airguard Industries (HK) Limited ('AirGuard'), a leading innovator in air quality monitoring technology, successfully showcased its latest line of advanced sensors at the Indoor Air Quality Service Provider Trade Fair on February 14, 2025.

Organized by the Environmental Protection Department's ‘Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) Information Centre’, the trade fair was held at the offices of the Hong Productivity Council as part of its aim to promote new industrialisation and bolster Hong Kong as an international Innovation & Technology (I&T) centre and smart city.

With exhibits from over 20 professional companies covering many aspects of the IAQ universe, the event was the perfect platform for AirGuard to unveil its new sensors, all powered by state-of-the-art components from industry leaders like Sensirion.

The new sensors include the prosumer desktop sensors, 'Ada' and 'Cube,' which span both professional and consumer use. Offering precise monitoring of key air quality metrics such as carbon dioxide (CO2), particulate matter (PM), and total volatile organic compounds (TVOCs), they provide real-time data and actionable insights to improve IAQ in homes, offices, schools and medical facilities.

AirGuard also introduced its new Modbus-compatible industrial sensors tailored towards commercial buildings, large-scale facilities and industrial settings. Building upon the success of AirGuard's LoRaWAN protocol sensors that grace Grade-A office buildings such as The Landmark and Jardine's House, these sensors integrate seamlessly with existing building management systems to deliver accurate air quality data for operational efficiency support and compliance with environmental standards.

"We are thrilled with the positive reception our new sensors received at the trade fair," said Paul E. Austin III, CEO of AirGuard. "The event was a fantastic opportunity to connect with industry peers, potential partners, and customers who share our commitment to improving indoor air quality. We look forward to collaborating with other exhibitors and NGOs to deliver innovative solutions that benefit both businesses and the public."

The 'Ada' and 'Cube' prosumer sensors are now available for purchase on the Airguard Industries (HK) Limited website, while the industrial Modbus sensors can be acquired by contacting the company’s sales team directly here.
